How many times a year do you visit the dentist?

When I go for a scaling unless there is a major issue,

I am visiting just for a check-up.

I noticed there are some people who visit regularly.

Do you go regularly even if you don't have any pain or uncomfortable symptoms?

I heard it's good to go once every six months; should I do that?

I was really conflicted. I'm worried about the dental costs too.
