As you get older, you tend to fall asleep earlier and wake up earlier, right?
Looking at the pattern, it seems like you watch YouTube until past 11 o'clock, then lie down, toss and turn, and seem to fall asleep or just pretend to sleep.
One day, I was lying down until after 8 a.m.
It seems that I spend more time lying down, but I often hear that I "couldn't sleep a wink all night."
I am not currently taking any medication prescriptions or sleeping pills.

They say they can't fall asleep once they settle down to sleep.
Then, you lie down and toss and turn for 1 to 2 hours, sometimes falling asleep late or being unable to sleep until even later.
It's not just about falling asleep or having deep sleep; frequently waking up during sleep and being unable to fall back asleep is also a problem.
I'm unsure how to give advice.
