(Concern) I have a question for those suffering from frozen shoulder or who have fully recovered.

At first, my shoulder started to hurt.

Eventually, I couldn't lift my arm.

Especially, I can't lift it more than 90 degrees sideways, so I went to the hospital and was told it's frozen shoulder.

They say they are drawing lots to decide whether to combine physical therapy and injections.

Have those who received the injection experienced any effects?

And I was taught how to do stretching during physical therapy.

I don't know whether I should do it until I get sick or if I should endure the pain a bit longer and do it more intensely.
