[Curious] What supplements are you taking by age group?
I am in my 50s, and I think I only started taking supplements seriously in my 40s.
As I listen to stories around me and add them one by one, I think the variety has increased quite a bit.
I'm ordering from iHerb and taking supplements, and I'm curious about what others are taking.
I am a Vitamin Code product by Garden of Life (a multivitamin - unprocessed natural comprehensive vitamin & mineral including probiotics and various enzymes).
Doctor Formulated Advanced Omega from the same manufacturer (taking it regularly due to slightly high cholesterol)
Life Extension's CoQ10, Glucosamine/Chondroitin
I am taking a total of six types of supplements, including biotin and MSM, from Doctors Best.
Glucosamine/Chondroitin is taken somewhat excessively twice a day, in the morning and evening, because I usually have a lot of exercise and am eager for joint supplements.
I'm curious about what you typically eat, depending on your age and individual condition.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.400026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.730026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.530026.10.15
