Question) Is hyperlipidemia hereditary? How should I manage it?
I get a checkup every year, and at the beginning of this year, my cholesterol level was slightly higher than the borderline level for hyperlipidemia, so I was worried...
Normal levels are cholesterol less than 200, LDL less than 130, HDL over 60, and triglycerides less than 150. Everything else is fine for me.
My total cholesterol was 253, but after 3 months of diet and exercise, it went down to 210.
I got tested in the second half and it came out as 246... When I'm worried, the number goes down and goes up and down.
I'm on the thin side, I don't enjoy eating meat, and I'm not a bread lover.
I used to eat a lot of fruit in my 30s, but I changed my habits in my 40s.
Singer Rain is a fitness fanatic... I was shocked when he was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia during a physical.
They say it may be genetic, but they don't really know the underlying cause...
I would like to ask for advice from those who are managing hyperlipidemia.
