When I consulted with my ophthalmologist, they said there is nothing they can do for floaters caused by high myopia and that the only option is to get regular detailed checkups, adding that nutritional supplements aren't effective either. So, regular checkups are the only solution. If they increase further, I just need to get a detailed examination and monitor for any retinal diseases—that’s all there is to it.
