1. Proper weight management: Rapid weight loss and obesity can both negatively affect hair loss, so it is advisable to maintain an appropriate weight. In particular, aerobic exercise is recommended as it helps regulate female hormone levels.

2. Healthy diet: Avoid greasy and sugary Westernized diets, and consume plenty of foods rich in antioxidants.

3. Management of metabolic diseases: Uncontrolled metabolic conditions such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia, kidney disease, and obesity can negatively impact hair loss.

4. Regular sleep: Since hair follicles have a biological cycle, it is recommended to go to bed and wake up at consistent times as much as possible. Irregular sleep can lead to telogen effluvium.
