Does anyone else experience significant hair loss every time they wash their hair? I actually lose a lot of hair every time I wash it, and even when I dry it. So, I'm trying to be more diligent about preventing hair loss, so I'm sharing my current routine.
1. Use a shampoo with anti-hair loss properties to prevent hair loss!
If I consistently use a shampoo with anti-hair loss properties rather than regular shampoo, I'll probably lose less hair, right? I can't really tell with my naked eye, but I plan to keep using it. I have an oily scalp and tend to get flaky skin in the summer, so I use a shampoo that controls dandruff and alleviates hair loss symptoms. It's definitely effective at controlling dandruff, so I'm using it consistently. I also trust its effectiveness and its effectiveness in alleviating hair loss symptoms.
2. Take biotin supplements to prevent hair loss.
Although biotin supplements aren't a direct treatment for hair loss, but rather a supplement, I figured I could keep it from progressing further if I continued taking them, so I decided to take one. I chose a high-dose 3,000 mcg biotin supplement with German brewer's yeast. Take one tablet once a day, before or after meals.
3. Dry your hair with a fan to prevent hair loss!
To prevent hair loss, I don't use a hot hair dryer, but rather a fan to dry my hair. It's cold in the winter, but I still plan to use a fan.
4. Comb your hair before washing it to prevent hair loss!
Before washing your hair, untangle it and then comb it to reduce hair loss. Start combing from the ends of your hair and then comb your entire hair.
5. Massage with lavender oil to prevent hair loss!
Stress is another cause of hair loss. On stressful days, I massage my scalp with lavender oil. Using the palm of my hand, I massage in a reverse direction from the back of my neck to the crown of my head. Lavender itself also helps prevent hair loss, so it's even better.
