중간중간 먼곳 바라보면서 눈 스트레칭이나 눈마사지 해주는게 좋다고 하더라구요 검색해보시면 방법들 잘 나와있을거예요~ 알고도 귀찮아서 안하는게 문제지만 20분 눈 쓰면 잠시만이라도 창 밖이나 먼곳 바라봐 주는게 좋대요. 20분마다는 솔직히 힘들지만 최소 한시간 일했으면 1분이라도 쉬어주려고 생각하고 있네요^^;

I feel that I am gradually getting worse as I age.
Everyone in the family has good eyesight, but since they often hold their phones,
I can really feel that it's been getting significantly worse over the past few years.
Since I started being the activity king and communication king this year, my eyes seem to have become more blurry, but I really can't give this up...
I take supplements regularly, but what other health measures can I take to better care of my eyes?
It would help if I used the computer less and looked at my phone less, but I can't easily give up being the communication king and activity king.
I'm trying to do only what I can while reducing a lot... 😢
