It's been a few years since I had cataract surgery, but my eyes are tired.

In 2015, I had a complete squint and was advised to undergo cataract surgery, which I did. Recently, my vision has been worsening and my eyes often feel tired, so I am worried. Should I see an ophthalmologist? A few days ago, I had a health checkup, and they mentioned an abnormality in the optic disc area of the operated eye, which makes me concerned. I think I should get a thorough eye examination for my eye health.
