Maintain your weight without controlling your diet, or
I actually ended up losing weight during a tiring week.
Lately, I can't lose weight, or sometimes I even gain it.

I'm also controlling my diet.
Don't even talk about when you have to feed your family
I am having a salad for my meal.
If you combine 2 hours of aerobic exercise and daily walking,
I'm walking between 20,000 and 25,000 steps.
But there is no change in my weight.
