저는 아침에 그래도 조금 든든히 먹는게 좋을 것 같은데 ^^; 혈당 생각한다면 저 방법이 좋긴할 것 같아요 저도 당을 좀 걱정해야하는데... 반성을 좀 해봅니다 ㅎ

And I'm drinking nuts and ABC juice in the morning.
ABC juice is made by grinding apples, beets, and carrots. I used to grind them myself, but it was too much of a hassle and I couldn't stick to it, so I've been buying and drinking the ABC juice.
I've heard that juices contain sugar... The ABC juice I drink has 6g of sugar per 80ml serving. Is that amount of sugar okay?
Will consuming sugar in the morning interfere with my diet?
