I'm curious about the differences between Wigobi and Maunza. Which one is more effective?
These days, when watching news or variety shows, it is often mentioned that people are dieting using Wigobi or Maunja.
I hear that many gyms are closing down because ordinary people prefer easier, less strenuous diets instead of working out hard at the gym.
I gained over 7 kilograms after getting married, but since I don't have separate time to exercise, I've been buying time to work out at the gym.
