About three weeks ago, I had a health check-up and today I came back with the results. When you enter the door, there's someone at the front who kindly guides you.

I just had a simple blood test and urine test done. They told me I have fat in my liver, so I should mainly eat a lot of vegetables. I was also advised to exercise more and do a lot of walking.

I got my health checkup done quickly and efficiently. There were a lot of people, but since I went early in the morning, it only took about an hour or two. Even in the midst of all the busyness, everyone was friendly and took good care of me. :)
