Is it sagging skin rather than a double chin?
It could be an issue with skin elasticity, but it could also be due to fat accumulation specifically under the chin. I recommend InMode FX, which is effective for fat reduction. It concentrates energy deep into the skin's layers to help refine the jawline and facial contours. Since significant changes are difficult to see with just one InMode session, I recommend repeating the treatment 3 to 6 times at 2-week intervals. However, the recommended number of sessions varies depending on the amount of fat, so please consult a dermatologist.

How long do bruises and scars last after the InMode procedure?
Since the InMode procedure works on a suction principle, bruising is inevitable. It usually disappears within 3-4 days, or naturally within 2 weeks at the latest, so please don't worry too much. If you want to get rid of it quickly, try using a bruise cream containing heparin from a pharmacy. However, please consult the clinic before using any medication.

Sharing the effects of Shurink lifting for skin elasticity care.
I really enjoyed seeing the results of the Shurink lifting. I'd like to try it too.

Which is more effective, InMode or Ulthera?
If you have relatively little cheek fat, I think it would be best to carefully consider InMode. It would be helpful to first check your skin thickness and degree of sagging through a consultation, and also refer to reviews from people who have actually received the treatment.

Worried about skin wrinkles, is Botox or a lifting procedure the right choice?
The recommendations vary depending on the depth of wrinkles or skin sagging. I recommend consulting with the clinic about both options.

[Kim's Dermatology Clinic Seoul] I received a consultation for InMode lifting, and I liked that there was no excessive pressure to get it done.
The hospital review is really detailed and feels trustworthy. I imagine the kind consultation must have left a lasting impression.

Titanium, Ulthera, Thermage, Shurink, InMode — I honestly compared the price, pain, and duration of effects.
I'm most interested in Ulthera, but I hear it's the most painful lol. Still, I really like that the results last for a year. You summarized it so well ^^

I thought I just needed to do one expensive thing, but I’ve realized now that I need to create a one-year curriculum tailored to my skin type.
Wow, I didn't know that. If I really had a lot of money, I'd love to get treatments on every single floor. Since my skin is sagging, I'd get Thermage, Titanium, and Shurink. I wonder how much it would cost to get all of these done. ^^;;;

Are there any procedures other than Botox that can provide similar effects?
If your goal is to “reduce expression lines + refine natural lines,” there are options other than Botox, but their roles are completely different. First, Botox is a procedure that fundamentally reduces “wrinkles formed when making facial expressions,” such as on the forehead and between the eyebrows, so it offers the most certain and fastest results. However, since it works by reducing facial muscles, it has the disadvantage of looking unnatural if administered excessively, and the effects typically last for 3 to 6 months.

What are the side effects after a lifting procedure?
While lifting side effects may appear to be diverse, they can actually be broadly categorized into “temporary reactions” and “rare but structural side effects.” First, for energy-based lifting procedures such as InMode, Shurink, Ulthera, and Thermage, swelling, pain, heat sensation, and bruising are the most common side effects. These usually subside within a few days to two weeks, and are generally considered “normal reactions.”

I have a question! When do I start feeling the effects of InMode?
Immediately after the InMode lifting procedure, you may feel a slight tightening sensation and improved contours, but changes may be less visible due to swelling. You can usually begin to feel the full impact of changes starting from 2 to 4 weeks, when collagen regeneration begins in earnest. Due to the gradual nature of collagen regeneration, the results become more pronounced over 1 to 3 months, and the timing of when you feel the effects may vary depending on the individual.

You can't see results with just one lifting procedure, right?
Ultrasound lifting procedures such as Ulthera and Shurink are recommended 1-2 times a year at intervals of 6 months to 1 year. Since the effects appear gradually after a certain period rather than immediately after the procedure, it is advisable to wait until the results are fully visible before deciding on additional treatments. Radiofrequency lifting procedures such as Thermage, TuneFace, and Legato are recommended 1-2 times a year at intervals of 6 months. These procedures can be performed at slightly shorter intervals than ultrasound.
