Why can't I sync my step count with the app?

I'm curious, but I don't know where to write it, so I'm posting it here.
It's been a long time since I used Cashdoc.
I have refreshed more than ten times.
I also tried changing the settings and switching everything to notifications, but the step count still isn't syncing.
What could be the problem?
