(Concern) I'm worried about finger swelling and pain.

Is it because it's summer?

My hands are swollen when I wake up.

I feel a stabbing pain in my fingers like a stretching motion when I sleep, so I'm worried.

If I move around and loosen it up, the pain subsides, but the swelling and pain recur every morning, so I'm wondering if I should go to the hospital.

It's awkward to go to the hospital for this, so sometimes I just take one Tylenol, and the pain subsides.

What should I do about this swelling and pain?
