What is the difference between ginkgo leaves and ginkgo leaves(?)?

I suffered from acute low-pitched hearing loss, but I couldn't keep going to the hospital.

There is a nutritional supplement extracted from ginkgo leaves and a tablet called ginkgo leaf.

What's the difference?? There's a bit of a price difference.

Ginkgo leaves are a bit more expensive. I wonder why. Does anyone know?
