(Health concern) I want to know the treatment methods for straight neck.

I had an X-ray taken at the orthopedic department and heard that I have a straight neck.

At first, I didn't notice the pain, but as time went on, the pain gradually started to appear...

And I was thinking that it might also be related to a herniated disc in the neck...

So, I am planning to manage it from now on. What are the treatment options?

Please let me know about injections, physical therapy, and exercise methods—all are good.

저랑 딸도 목이 아파 엑스레이 찍어봤더니 일자목이더라구요.  앉아서 컴퓨터 보는 직업이라 그런것 같아요. 기구사서 꾸준히 스트레칭하고 있어요.

일자목 일때 운동 방법은 벽에 머리와 등과 발뒤꿈치까지 붙어 대고 서서 시선은 정면을 바라볼 때 턱은 아래로 당겨주고 그렇게서 있는 것도 일자목 예방에 도움이 된다고 하더라고요
