(Concern) I'm worried about allergic rhinitis. Please share your personal management methods.
I suffer from allergic rhinitis, so during spring and fall, I struggle with persistent runny nose and sneezing.
People say they are going flower viewing in spring to see the beautiful flowers.
Because of my allergies, I think flowers look more beautiful from afar, so I keep my distance.
Since I have rhinitis, I tend to be more cautious. I looked for foods that are good for rhinitis and visited various hospitals, but it didn't really help.
Since it's a chronic condition, they advise you to manage it well along with rhinitis. Like me, due to allergic rhinitis, the seasons change.
Are you worried about visiting the ENT clinic during the changing seasons and wishing you could stop going as if it were your home?

I heard it's good to clean with a saline solution using a nasal irrigator.
I search the internet and buy things like nasal spray for cleaning.
I don't do it often because it's bothersome, but I think I get a little help when my rhinitis symptoms are mild.
When I asked the ENT doctor, they said it would be good to have my nose cleaned.

- 01CommentsDid you go to the hospital and get a prescription for medicine and eye drops? I'm also suffering right now because I have a stye and even developed blepharitis. I hope you take your medicine and get better soon.420026.10.20
- 02CommentsIf you have multiple family members who have suffered from dementia, it is understandable that you would be worried. You do not necessarily have to take brain supplements to prevent dementia. Just because a supplement is said to be good for brain health does not mean there is sufficient evidence to prove that it actually lowers the risk of developing dementia. If you have a family history, it is more important to identify your own risk factors and focus on proven preventive care rather than choosing supplements first.770026.10.16
- 03CommentsI understand that the cost of the medication is a burden. In that case, try taking the medicine while also adjusting your diet. If you manage your health and improve your physical condition, the need for medication will gradually decrease.550026.10.15
