I have been drinking black soybean soy milk for four years!
I initially started taking it with a focus on preventing hair loss. It's the college soy milk that I consistently buy in boxes and consume~
After giving birth to the youngest, I experienced a situation where my once thick hair was cut in half.. So, I have been consistently taking a certain supplement, and I wonder if I can feel the effects physically? Haha
When there's a special sale or discount event, I stock up with 2 or 3 boxes~ This product isn't sweet and is rich and thick, which is totally my style~~ So, I keep it handy for when I get hungry or as an afternoon snack!
Black beans help facilitate the functions of the kidneys and bladder, and they play a role in quickly restoring damaged body tissues. In particular, they are highly effective against gray hair and hair loss, which is said to be because black beans contain ingredients that promote smooth blood circulation~^^

So, before washing my hair, I tap my scalp with a brush and then comb my hair before washing! That way, I can prevent it from tangling while washing. I have long straight hair, so if I don't do that, it tends to tangle up and sometimes falls out in clumps!
Even when I sit on the sofa without thinking, tapping lightly around the crown of my head can also have the effect of clearing my mind lol
