[Honest King] Kim Eun-young Internal Medicine Honest Review #COVID-19 Vaccine Experience#

The visit was around three years ago during the COVID-19 vaccination period. Dr. Lee was very kind, so I kept going to Kim Eun-young Clinic.

 

You moved the expansion from the original location. Still, I made a reservation to get the COVID-19 vaccine at the familiar Kim Eun-young Clinic. When I visited, it was the vaccination period, so there were many people. The staff at the desk had all changed as well.

 

I'm filling out a survey here, submitting it, and waiting, when suddenly an elderly man and a person who looks to be in their twenties at the reception desk start arguing.

 

Usually, I gently soothe and carefully explain to patients, but there is one person who raises their voice more than the grandfather and gets extremely angry and annoyed. After listening, I found out there was a misunderstanding between them, and it could have been resolved through good communication. However, they speak loudly and get angry, even throwing charts, which I really find unacceptable.

Other patients were also filling the waiting room, and there were so many that some people had to stand because there were no seats available.

 

After the doctor finished explaining the COVID-19 vaccine, I sat in the waiting room. When my name was called, I just went into the injection room and received the shot, and it was over.

 

I arrived at 8:30 in the morning. As more and more people who were getting vaccinated went inside to receive their shots, I wasn't called. So I went to the desk and asked, and they just told me to sit and wait without making eye contact. It was a little past 11 o'clock at that time.

I had an appointment at another hospital at 11:30, so I was a bit anxious.

Still, I said I understood and waited, but when I looked around, everyone who listened to the vaccine explanation with me had already received their shots and left. Even at 11:40, they didn't call me. I canceled my appointment at the reserved hospital, and when I went back to the desk and was told I hadn't been called yet for the vaccine, I was told to just sit and wait, and they would call me. So I said I understood. As 12 o'clock passed, everyone who was in the waiting room had left, and I was the only one remaining.

My face was slightly flushed and I was so stunned that I went back to the desk. Only then did they look at me with a gaze that seemed to realize something was wrong. It was only at that moment that they asked for my name. When I told them my name, they hurriedly whispered among themselves and finally said that my name had been missed at the reception...

I was so angry just then.

That shameless desk staff didn't apologize at all, and the others also went about their work without any gesture or nuance of apology. Even the person administering the injection said nothing. Just thinking about that moment makes my blood run cold...

It really gives me chills. I wonder if the nurses have changed now, but I still haven't visited since then. Never.

 

The doctor is still very kind and good, but...

I was really disappointed because the nurses were very unkind.
