Are there many people who use calf rings like this?

They say it's good for getting rid of calf muscles.

I'm also worried about my calves, so I'm browsing around thinking I might buy this.

My calves are thick and the muscles are big.

I think it would look a bit thinner if it just didn't have any volume.

I'm hesitating again, worried that I might just be wasting money.
