I remember getting a consultation once before. I was a bit scared that I might experience side effects if I didn't take it consistently.
It is financially burdensome, and even though it is effective, I couldn't bring myself to take it because I was afraid of gaining more weight due to side effects if I stopped.
Is there anyone who has genuinely taken this consistently, experienced few side effects, and maintained their weight?
Instead, I will assume the condition is that exercise and diet are combined.
