When can I start exercising after getting Botox?
I usually work out regularly at the gym or go for runs, but I'm planning to get Botox, so I'm wondering how long I need to take a break from exercising.
The hospital told me to avoid strenuous exercise for a few days after the procedure, but I'm not exactly sure why.
I am confused because there are claims that sweating a lot or an increased heart rate affects the effect of Botox, and that swelling or bruising may worsen.
Has anyone tried exercising after getting Botox?
When did you start exercising after the procedure?
Was there a difference between light walking, weight training, and running?
Have you ever experienced severe swelling or pain after exercising?
Please let me know if you have ever felt that the effects of the Botox wore off quickly.
