They keep forgetting and not verifying.
Today is the second day of certification.
Since I verified with a comment, I uploaded it as a post, which makes it easier to keep track of how many days I have been verifying.
Have a healthy day today as well.

If you skip meals and eat late at night, your blood sugar spikes rapidly, making it easy for the food to be stored as body fat. Try to eat at set times whenever possible and gradually build the habit of reducing late-night snacking. If you slowly make improvements to fit your lifestyle, you will be able to succeed in losing weight!!!4622026.10.28

- 03CommentsShrink Universe is a lifting procedure that uses High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) to deliver thermal energy to the deep layers of the skin. Immediately after the procedure, you may feel a temporary tightening sensation in your skin; however, improvements in elasticity resulting from collagen regeneration usually appear gradually over several weeks, and changes can be observed for up to two to three months. After the procedure, pay attention to moisturizing and sun protection. If you have sensitive skin, it is advisable to avoid saunas or excessive heat stimulation for a few days. Since results may vary depending on individual skin condition, the treatment area, and energy settings, please contact the clinic where you received the treatment if pain or swelling persists for an extended period.1872126.10.29
- 01CommentsSince the response to melasma varies depending on its depth and skin condition, it is difficult to say exactly how many sessions will be needed for improvement. If it is in the early stages, it is best to start treatment early, but I have heard that it is difficult to guarantee that it will completely disappear even after multiple Pico Toning sessions. Rather than deciding on the number of treatments right away, I recommend having a dermatologist confirm whether it is indeed melasma first, and consistently using sunscreen. I think it is better to proceed while monitoring your skin condition rather than undergoing treatments excessively.4894226.10.25

- 01CommentsStarting a diet while overweight can be quite a source of worry and anxiety. The higher your weight, the more significant the initial weight loss may be during drug treatment. However, caution is advised, as physical reactions and side effects can vary from person to person. I hope you consult thoroughly with a specialist and combine this with healthy lifestyle habits.1,4245126.10.15
- 02CommentsWow, your jawline looks amazing after being refined! I assume you used numbing cream during the procedure, so I'm curious if the pain was bearable. I'm also worried about the loss of elasticity in my lower face, so thank you for sharing this information!1,0536226.10.01
- 03CommentsBelly fat is a really stubborn area that is difficult to lose, so it is a concern for many people. You can manage it more effectively by combining abdominal exercises with dietary control. Rather than trying to lose weight quickly, try consistently controlling your dinner diet and doing light cardio exercises. I hope you stay strong and look forward to seeing gradual changes!6674226.10.14
