What kind of medicine is this? When you're curious

My back hurts so much right now ㅠㅠ

I couldn't find Tylenol.

But among the medications prescribed when I recently had COVID-19

I found something that seems to be Tylenol, so I looked it up.

Some medication was prescribed, but I'm not sure if it's Tylenol.
