I went there a while ago and received treatment today as well (for a ruptured calf).
It is definitely more effective to receive it twice a week than to receive it once a week.
Today, after a quick doctor's examination, I went straight to physical therapy.
Lying down
- Negative ion therapy (my personal favorite. It feels refreshing on the sore area)
- Electrotherapy (I asked to be lifted greedily and almost got a cramp in my leg)
Lie down right away
- Cold compress (I always feel sleepy at this time)
I received treatment for about an hour and returned home.
I'm planning to go next Monday too.
No exercise that may strain your legs on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
