The night fat that has come to me as well, how does everyone manage their night fat?
I was originally a chubby person.
Gained 8 kilograms due to stress while working in my 20s
It was automatically reduced.
Just going to work due to the stress of office life
I have lost weight.
While experiencing the best chubby phase after having my second child
I automatically started dieting as soon as I returned.
I earn money and others pay to lose weight.
I was very happy that I lost weight automatically.
My body type has changed to one that doesn't gain weight easily.
Until last year...
Everyone says they have body fat around their waist...
Uh~~ what is that???
It was like this...
I have gained weight around my waist too.
I have thin bones, so I don't weigh much to begin with.
Lower body fat is naturally plump.
People often said that my lower body is quite plump, contrary to how I look when swimming.
Our family has a collection of elephant lower bodies, haha.
Anyway, I started gaining weight around March of this year.
Starting work on time, I usually have lunch around 1:30 PM.
I ate a lot more breakfast than I usually do and worked.
That was the beginning.
Suddenly, I started gaining 2 kilograms in just one month.
My stomach is protruding, and my clothes are starting to feel too tight.
So I adjusted my diet a little...
As expected, once the weight goes up, it doesn't come down.
I continue to gain more weight.
There really is night fat!!!
I lost 2 kilograms because I was sick...
Returning again after just two days~~
Clothes are uncomfortable and I feel heavy, but...
Do I really have to accept it now and live with the fat around my waist??
My body fat percentage suddenly increased a lot, so this is actually...
I'm still more concerned.
Body fat percentage indicates severe obesity.
Hello everyone, how are you doing with your night fat???
I'm curious.
