(Concern) My knee hurts.

They say that when it rains, your knees hurt ㅠ

I'm still in my mid-30s, but my knees hurt when it's cloudy or rainyㅠㅠ

Maybe more like a feeling of knee pain when walking a lot rather than saying it hurts?

It's the same feeling as when you're trying to grow taller ㅠㅠㅠ

I don't think trying to grow taller at this age is necessary..

I enjoy hiking and go quite often, but I wonder if I have overused my knee joints..?? ㅠㅜ I'm worried.
