I use a hair loss prevention shampoo.

Dry your hair with cold wind.

I wash my hair every day, but it can be easily missed.

Oops~ in that moment, it can harm the health of your hair.

Do you dry your hair with hot air? If you dry it with hot air, in the busy daily life...

There must be a way to dry it quickly. The moment it dries quickly, the health of the hair gradually worsens.

Winter is the same. Wearing warm clothes and drying your hair with cold wind are said to be very good for hair protection.

      저도요 ㅋㅋ 그전에는 손톱으로 머리를 감으면 더 시원하고
      왠지 더러운 이물질들이 말끔히 씻겨저 간다고 생각 했었는데,
      그게 아니더라고요. 각질이 더 안좋아 질수 있다고 해서 
      실리콘 부러쉬를 사용하는데,  은근히 마사지 효과도주는것 같아요

      요즘 환경에 의한 오염도 그렇고, 스트레스성으로 원형 탈모도 아주 많다고 하네요
      예전엔 나이가 들어가면 탈모진행이 되었는데, 요즘은 젊은 사람들도 탈모로 인한 
      스트레스가 이만 저만 아니라고 하죠
      삼푸도 잘 사용해야하고, 머리 말리기 중요해요
      이번에 머리를 자르고 파마 했는데, 미용실에서 찬바람으로 머리카락을 말리는 것이 아니라

      저도 아침에 말려야 되니까 뜨거운 바람으로 후딱했거든요. 그런데 이번에 미용실 가니까? 언니가 두피가 많이 상했다고 찬바람으로 꼭 말리라고 하더라고요. 저는 머리카락만 말리면 되는 줄 알았거든요. 그런데 모근을 말리면 머리카락은 자동으로 말리니까? 꼭 찬바람으로 아내 깊숙한 곳을 말리라고 하더라고요
