For those of you who started hair loss treatment, when did you start feeling the effects?

Lately, it feels like I'm losing a lot more hair every time I wash it, so I started hair loss treatment. Since it hasn't been long since I started, the amount of hair falling out doesn't seem to have decreased much.
I'm wondering if there is usually little to no noticeable change in the early stages of hair loss treatment.
For those of you who have started treatment, did you notice a reduction in hair loss or the growth of fine baby hairs after a few months? I am also curious if your hair loss remained at a similar level during the first few months!
