Hair loss concerns

I am a single woman in my mid-30s. Since I was young, my hair has been very thin, perms don't hold well, and I have a sparse amount of hair.

I'm experiencing stress that is not related to hair loss.

I have heard that women rarely experience hair loss due to genetics, but since both my grandfather and father have hair loss,

I can't help but worry. Lately, I feel like I'm losing more hair than before when I wash my hair.

I'm worried again because I heard that after giving birth, I will really lose a lot of hair, so I'm very concerned about thatㅠㅠ

Are there any ways to prevent it now or to increase the amount? ㅠ
