저랑 비슷한 상황이시네요ㅠ 검정콩 꾸준히 드셨다니 사실 검정콩이 제일 좋은 음식이라고 하지요. 그밖에도 견과류 드시면 좋다고 하고 잡곡밥을 드시는 것도 탈모예방에 좋다고 합니다 미역 다시마 같은 것도 좋다고 합니다

Even when I was young, I didn't have that much hair volume.
I'm not sure if it's due to work-related stress or if it's a natural phenomenon.
Starting in my mid-40s, I began to notice a lot of hair falling out when I washed my hair or stroked it.
I have roasted and eaten black beans regularly, but I didn't really notice any significant improvement.
As I get older, I can't help but think of it as an inevitable medal of time, but sometimes I feel like falling leaves, and it somehow makes me feel a bit bitter. ^^
I am not looking for other treatments, but I would appreciate it if anyone knows about folk remedies or foods that are good for hair health.
