Review of a visit to Yonsei Hilltech Pediatrics & Adolescent Clinic in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon

My nephew was showing signs of a cold, so I visited Yonsei Hilltech Pediatrics and Adolescent Clinic in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon. His runny nose and cough had worsened, and he also had a slight fever, so I visited the clinic early in the morning out of concern. I went there with confidence because I have used the place before, and as expected, the kind and systematic treatment put my mind at ease.

As soon as I entered the hospital, a staff member greeted me first and quickly helped me with the registration.

As we entered the examination room, the doctor welcomed us warmly by calling my nephew by name first. She spoke to him slowly to help him relax and continued to explain things throughout the examination, which made me feel very reassured.

He listened carefully to the cough and thoroughly checked the breathing sounds with a stethoscope. Fortunately, he said it wasn't a serious illness like bronchitis but just a simple cold, but since the child was very uncomfortable, he prescribed medicine to alleviate the symptoms.

The pharmacy was connected to the hospital, so I was able to get my medicine right away, and the pharmacist kindly explained how to take it.

As a guardian who took a child suffering from a cold, I am truly grateful. I think I will trust you and come back again whenever my child is sick in the future. Haha.
