What are the differences in Dencerty and Thermage, and what are the differences in their effects?
Both procedures use radiofrequency technology, so they are said to help with skin elasticity care. Also, since Dencerty is more affordable than Thermage, some people choose it for its cost-effectiveness. I recommend consulting with a doctor to select the one that best suits your skin condition and budget!

Has anyone tried both Ulthera and Thermage? Which treatment were you more satisfied with?
I was so satisfied with my first Ultherapy session that I proceeded with a total of three sessions. The machines these days definitely aren't very painful! However, there is still some pain, so if you prefer something a little less painful, I think Thermage is a good option as well.

How does Volneumer compare to Thermage?
Both Volneumer and Thermage are lifting procedures utilizing radiofrequency (RF), but they differ slightly in feel and advantages. Volneumer This procedure focuses on improving skin elasticity and reducing sagging. It is widely noted that the pain during the procedure is relatively minimal. Many patients expect a natural refinement of their facial contours. The recovery period is relatively short, allowing for a quick return to daily life. Thermage It has a strong skin-tightening effect and is particularly effective for reducing fine lines and improving skin elasticity. While the effects are often distinct depending on the tip and number of shots, many patients experience more pain compared to Volneumer. The effects appear gradually, and improvement often takes several months to develop.

A Real Review of My First Density Session: An Honest Talk About Effects and Duration
Since you felt the jawline tightening effect immediately, it seems there is definitely individual variation. As you mentioned, the duration of the results seems to depend on skincare habits. I plan to take consistent care of my jaw as well.

I'm still debating between Dencerty and Thermage.
First off, if you are concerned about your nasolabial folds and want proven effectiveness and treatment data, Thermage might be a better fit for you. However, if you want to improve skin elasticity and texture while minimizing pain and cost, Denserty might be a better fit.

At what age is it most effective to receive a lifting procedure? Is it okay to receive it for preventive purposes?
Since skin elasticity begins to decline in the late 20s, for preventative purposes, it is advisable to start maintaining the jawline and stimulating collagen with non-invasive procedures such as lasers and radiofrequency in your 20s and 30s. The effects are usually most pronounced after the mid-30s when sagging begins, and even for preventative purposes, it is better to avoid excessive procedures by first diagnosing skin thickness, fat volume, and the degree of sagging.

I am considering getting Ultherapy for my nasolabial folds.
If nasolabial folds are caused by sagging cheeks or deep cheek fat, Ulthera can be a candidate; however, if the main cause is a lack of volume or hollowing of thin skin, Ulthera alone is insufficient.

I'm worried about my skin elasticity. For those of you who have tried Density, what was your experience like?
I also debated between Thermage and Ultherapy for a long time, but I chose Dencerty because I was worried about pain or hollowing out my cheeks. I received 300 shots for my entire face (excluding my forehead), and during the consultation, I was recommended that 300 shots would be sufficient for my skin condition. About a week after the procedure, the first thing I noticed was that my jawline had become slightly more defined than before. My skin felt firmer, and my nasolabial folds—which I hadn't expected to see—looked lighter than before, so I was quite satisfied. It wasn't a dramatic change like fillers, but it felt like my facial contours were naturally being refined, which I actually liked. My skin texture became much smoother, and I could feel that my complexion looked better when I wore makeup. People around me didn't even realize I had the procedure, but they told me a few times, "Your skin looks great these days." As for the pain, since I had anesthetic cream applied, I rated it about 2 to 3 out of 10, which was much better than I expected. The redness and swelling also subsided almost completely after about two days, so there was no major inconvenience in my daily life. I also applied anesthetic cream before the procedure, so the pain was much better than I anticipated—I would rate it around 2 to 3 out of 10. I think it is more important to receive treatments tailored to your skin condition rather than simply doing as many shots as possible. I am satisfied with just 300 shots so far, and since I was told during the consultation that 300 shots would be sufficient, I proceeded with that. I plan to get treatments again at intervals of about six months to maintain the effects for a long time.

If I am getting a lifting procedure for the first time, which procedure should I start with?
If you are getting a lifting procedure for the first time, Ondari Lifting is the safest choice as it involves minimal pain and swelling and allows for a same-day return to daily activities. However, if you notice a significant blurring of your jawline, it is advisable to consult about procedures like Ulthera or Thermage, which offer gradual results. Since pain levels and recovery times vary by procedure, it is most important to choose one that fits your lifestyle.

What procedure is best for lifting nasolabial folds in the mid-face?
In my experience, when it comes to mid-face sagging and nasolabial folds, it is crucial to select a procedure tailored to the specific cause rather than trying to resolve them with just a single treatment. Initially, I focused solely on my nasolabial folds, but after a consultation, I was informed that my sagging cheeks were making them appear deeper, so managing them with a focus on lifting treatments would be beneficial. I was satisfied after receiving a lifting procedure like Shurink; it refined my facial contours and made my nasolabial folds appear less prominent than before. However, I was advised that if wrinkles are already deeply ingrained, lifting alone may have limitations, so procedures to restore volume should be considered alongside it if necessary. Personally, I felt that getting a diagnosis of my current skin elasticity and degree of sagging first is the most important step, rather than blindly choosing a popular procedure. Since the appropriate treatment varies depending on whether the cause is facial sagging or volume loss, I found that choosing the method that fits me best after a thorough consultation resulted in higher satisfaction.
