When did everyone start increasing the file size on Mountza?

I was recently prescribed Maunzaro, and it's been three weeks since I started taking the lowest dose injections!

It is fascinating that I can definitely feel the appetite-suppressing effect right away, but sometimes I experience slight side effects like bloating or nausea.

I am curious how many weeks you usually allow for an adjustment period with the initial dose before increasing to the next level. Around which week did everyone increase their dosage, and did the side effects not worsen when you did?
