Let's find a turning point in life through dieting!

I hope my story can help someone.

A few months ago, I was afraid to step on the scale. Buying clothes was also a hassle.

Looking back, clothing stores on the street were almost like places I didn't have.

I was always tired and lacked confidence. Then, I was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia during a health check-up. That's when I realized, "I can't go on like this."

The first thing I did after deciding to go on a diet was set my goals. I specifically determined how much weight I wanted to lose. I decided to take it slow without being greedy.

I started with diet control. I reduced carbohydrates and focused on proteins and vegetables. At first, it was difficult, but I found joy in learning how to cook. I learned various recipes using chicken breast and also mastered how to enjoy salads deliciously.

I started exercising by walking. I walked for an hour every day after work. As my stamina improved, I began jogging, and eventually I started going to the gym. I learned workout methods from YouTube and practiced consistently.

At the same time, I consistently used the Cashdoc Challenge to walk 10,000 steps regularly.

There were many times when it was difficult in the middle. Especially during company dinners or gatherings, it was hard to resist temptation. But every time, I reminded myself of my goal. I also confidently told my friends that I was on a diet, and I received their support instead.

As my body changed, my mind also changed. I gained confidence and became more passionate about my work. The feeling I get when I buy new clothes! It was truly a turning point in my life.

I wanted to share this experience with you, so I decided to write.

Let's cheer together!

만보걷기랑 식단조절로 다이어트 잘 하고 계시는군요
요즘 저는 걷기는 많이 안하고 있는데 좀 더 열심히 걸어야겠단 생각이 드네요
