Do you still get liposuction these days?

I think I used to hear a lot about liposuction.

It doesn't seem to be seen much these days, and the reviews are like that too.

After having three children, it seems like all the fat has accumulated only in my abdomen. They say it stretches out, so it just won't go back to normal.
