I visited for the first time without an appointment due to a skin rash, but the long wait left me feeling exhausted. I waited for over an hour and a half, only to find the actual consultation took less than three minutes, which was very disappointing. It felt like the session ended too quickly rather than providing a detailed explanation or consultation regarding my symptoms, and there wasn't enough time to ask my questions adequately. Perhaps because the clinic focuses primarily on procedures, I felt that the staff and the director were somewhat passive and unwelcoming towards general patients. As a first-time visitor, I wished for a little more friendly and detailed explanations.
