I have been consistently visiting the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine due to back pain. During each visit, I receive shockwave therapy, physical therapy, and traction therapy together, and I feel that the overall treatment process is systematic and helpful. I trust the director because they thoroughly check my condition and provide kind explanations, and the staff are always cheerful and friendly, creating a pleasant atmosphere at the clinic. However, it was disappointing that the waiting time was somewhat long due to the high volume of patients. In particular, if I visited late in the day, physical therapy registration had closed, so I was unable to receive treatment; therefore, I had to adjust my visit times accordingly. Despite this, my overall satisfaction with the treatment is high, which is why I continue to visit this clinic regularly.
