Question) Does forehead filler create natural volume?

My forehead is naturally on the flatter side, so I was self-conscious whenever I took side profile photos.
I don't look much different even after applying makeup, so I'm looking into forehead fillers.

I looked up reviews and saw that many people are satisfied, but there are also those who said it turned off sooner than expected, so I'm hesitant.
In particular, I am curious if it creates volume naturally and if there is any foreign sensation when touched.
