Is it normal to have difficulty moving my eyebrows after Botox?

Lately, when I look in the mirror and try to lift my eyebrows, it feels like they don't curl up as well as they used to.

It feels a bit awkward to frown, too.

I got it because of my wrinkles, but it seems to affect my facial expressions more than I expected, so it's fascinating, but I'm also curious if it's okay.
