I get Botox about twice a year. Is that a good interval?!!

I'm writing because I was wondering about the typical duration of Botox effects or the recommended treatment cycle!

I am currently about Twice a year (at 6-month intervals) I've been getting it for about that long, and I'm curious to hear others' opinions on whether continuing at this interval is okay in terms of effectiveness and tolerance. I heard that getting it too often isn't good, so I'm wondering if once every six months is appropriate, or if I should increase or decrease the frequency. How often do you all usually space your shots out?
