Is the procedure effective in addition to forward head posture correction treatment?
I feel like my forward head posture is getting worse lately, so I am looking into posture correction procedures.
Since I spend a lot of time looking at the computer monitor
I felt like my neck was jutting forward quite a bit, and my shoulders kept feeling stiff.
It's frustrating that my posture looks bad, too.
If you sit for a long time, you might even get a headache.
I do try stretching and exercising regularly, but
I felt like I had reached my limit managing it alone.
So, I am looking into not only procedures but also treatments such as posture correction, manual therapy, and Chuna manual therapy.
Especially those who have received turtle neck correction procedures or treatments
I'm curious if you really felt the change in your posture.
Have your neck stiffness or shoulder pain also improved?
I would like to know how many sessions it takes to see a change, and whether I need to exercise to maintain the results.
I have a forward head posture and rounded shoulders, so it causes a lot of discomfort in my daily life.
I would appreciate it if you could share the information.
