(Helpful Tip) Tips to Boost Immunity with Yellow Foods

It's already spring, passing through a cold winter and becoming so warm that it's almost hot... haha

These days, the weather is so hot that many people have taken out air conditioners or fans, right? Haha

Frequent temperature changes cause the body to adapt by becoming more active, which leads to stress and makes the immune system weaken more easily.

So, to strengthen my weakened immune system, I am eating yellow foods!!

 

Foods that have their own natural colors are called color foods, and there are red foods, yellow foods, green foods, and so on.ㅎㅎㅎ

Among them, yellow foods are rich in nutrients such as beta-carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E, which strengthen immunity and have antioxidant effects, making them effective for skin health, haha.

Let's look at a few examples.

 

Bananas!! They contain a lot of beta-carotene, which helps strengthen immunity and has antioxidant effects, and dietary fiber and magnesium help with digestion.

 

Pineapple!! It contains vitamin C and bromelain, which help boost immunity and improve digestion!! So I guess they also grill pineapple together when eating meat, haha.

 

Lemon!! As it's famous as an ingredient in vitamin drinks, it contains a lot of vitamin C~~

 

Orange!! True to Yellowwood, it helps strengthen immunity and has antioxidant effects, and especially because the citric acid component converts urine components to alkaline, it is said to be good for preventing urinary stones^^

 

Sweet pumpkin!! In addition to boosting immunity, it is rich in dietary fiber, which increases satiety, reduces meal portions, and has low sugar content, making it low in calories haha. In short, it's good for dieting!!
