How to take

Adult dose

This medication, which contains pregabalin, should be taken orally in two divided doses regardless of food. The following are the dosing guidelines: 1. Neuropathic Pain - Peripheral Neuropathic Pain: starting dose 150 mg/day, may be increased to 300 mg/day after 3 to 7 days, maximum dose up to 600 mg/day. - Central Neuropathic Pain: starting dose 150 mg/day, increased to 300 mg/day after one week, with an additional increase after another week.

Precautions

This drug may increase the risk of suicidal thoughts or behaviors, so if there are any changes in mood or behavior, notify healthcare professionals immediately.
