Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

This medication is taken orally, with the total daily dosage divided into two doses, without regard to food. 1. Neuropathic pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg per day, can be increased to 300 mg daily after 3-7 days, and if necessary, can be further increased to a maximum of 600 mg daily at 7-day intervals. - Central neuropathic pain: Starting dose of 150 mg daily, can be increased to 300 mg daily after one week.

Children's dosage

There is insufficient safety and efficacy data for children under 12 years and adolescents aged 12-17, so administration is not recommended.

Precautions
