In cases of renal impairment, dosing should be adjusted based on creatinine clearance. - If creatinine clearance is above 30 mL/min: no adjustment necessary

This medication is effective against various strains and is used for respiratory infections such as acute and chronic bronchitis, lobar and bronchopneumonia, empyema, lung abscess, tonsillitis, sinusitis, and otitis media. It is also effective in treating urogenital infections such as cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis, as well as pelvic infections and gonorrhea. It is used for skin and soft tissue infections such as boils, abscesses, and soft tissue infections, and it is also applicable to osteomyelitis and dental infections. This wide range of treatment aids in the recovery of patients from bacterial infections.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children aged 12 years and older or weighing more than 40 kg should take amoxicillin/clavulanate potassium 250 mg/125 mg three times a day every 8 hours orally. Precautions

This medicine should not be used in patients with allergies to certain components.
