This drug is used to treat peripheral and central neuropathic pain in adults and is also used as an adjunct treatment for partial seizures, which are part of epilepsy. It also helps alleviate symptoms in fibromyalgia patients. In other words, it is effective for the treatment of nerve-related pain, certain seizures, and chronic muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

This medication is to be taken orally, divided into two doses per day, regardless of meals. 1. Neuropathic pain - Peripheral neuropathic pain: The starting dose is 150 mg per day, which can be increased to 300 mg per day after 3 days to 7 days. If necessary, it can be further increased to a maximum of 600 mg per day at intervals of 7 days. - Central neuropathic pain: The starting dose is 150 mg per day, one week after this, increase to 300 mg per day.

Precautions
